How does the process work?
1. The Proposition
Fill out our custom work form to share your idea. Include any rough dimensions, material ideas, or inspiration photos. The more details you can give us upfront, the better!
2. Review & Call
We’ll review your form and schedule a brief discovery call. This is our chance to "measure twice" by discussing the logistics, material options, and fine details to make sure we are both on the exact same page.
3. The Quote
Following our call, we will send over a detailed quote breaking down the final price, materials, and estimated shop timeline. Once you approve the quote, your project officially goes onto the schedule and we get to building!
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
